Having successfully launched creative and innovative campaigns to achieve commercial goals in genres of Jazz, experimental and dance, Lilian has experience across indie and artist-owned labels including Black Acre Records, Sekito Records, Selva Records, & Babka Records. Skills across:

• Coordinating and managing release assets, including audio, artwork, video, label copy and metadata for initiation and delivery to the label’s partners and distributors for release.

• Effectively managing stock levels and maintaining D2C platforms with fulfillment providers,organising sales & Bandcamp Friday content.

• Social media asset creation and collection, building a rollout for artists/other stakeholders to follow.

• Tracking and executing full campaigns from collecting premasters, physical manufacture to selling merchandise at shows (typically handing £1000+ per night)

• Audience development, asset delivery and digital service provider relations.
