Lilian is an independent artist manager and music industry professional currently leading CLIMAXED. She has held full-time positions at Black Acre Management & Black Acre Records, working as part of the management teams for Jamz Supernova, Loraine James, Manuka Honey, and Kampire, whilst overseeing releases across Black Acre, Sekito, Babka & Selva Records.

After stepping away from a formal music business degree, Lilian broke into the industry through Youth Music's Incubator Fund, participating in Harbourside Artist Management’s Disability Empowerment Programme and Black Acre Pathways. These experiences opened doors to roles as a curator, promoter, and manager. Their previous work spans Outer Town Festival, INTERVENTION DJ workshops, & ipaadi Records, also offering support/mentorship to other artists & promoters.

Stepping into DJing & shaping a genre she calls "Dollstep" — a blend of queer-infused UK dubstep, bass sounds, and powerful femme vocals - now proudly out as a trans woman, Lilian is focused on expanding CLIMAXED through events & artist development.
